Telegram support is being built on the official Bot API. Inbound DMs, channel comments and group mentions will route into the same unified inbox. The AI sales agent that runs every other channel today will handle qualifying, objections and calendar booking the same way. Outbound respects Telegram's anti-spam rules and group permissions.
