How Credits Actually Work

One credit costs $0.10. Each AI thinking cycle costs 1 credit. Channel costs (WhatsApp delivery, phone numbers) are pass-through with no markup.

    1 credit per AI turn (one thinking cycle, regardless of how many message bubbles it sends back).

  • AI tool use

    1 credit per tool call: appointment booking, web search, custom functions, campaign generation, FAQ generation.

  • WhatsApp Web connection

    50 credits per month per connected WhatsApp Web number. Covers the private server and dedicated proxy.

  • Credit add-on packs

    1 credit = $0.10. Buy packs from your dashboard at any time. Purchased credits roll over month to month.

Channel infrastructure billed at provider cost.

  • WhatsApp Business API messages

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets Pro, Agency and AppSumo Tier 2+ customers connect their own Anthropic API key. Every AI operation (chat responses, FAQ generation, tool use, campaign optimisation, web search) becomes free of credit charges. You pay Anthropic directly for the AI work. Channel infrastructure costs (WhatsApp Web proxy fee, per-message WhatsApp delivery fees) still apply.
